The request arrived twice from different network blocks using the same crawler identity. No referrer was supplied. After the second request, the empty path began appearing in local browser history on a developer machine that had never visited it.

The record remains in the archive because it shares at least one recurring marker with later incidents: an extra room, a duplicated person, a timestamp that precedes its cause, or a numbered door that should not exist.
