INCIDENT 004: ROOM 0
The elevator opened onto Floor 0 even though the hotel began at Floor 1.
The maintenance worker saw the same elevator across the corridor with himself still standing inside it.
Recovered notes
The controller registered a valid floor request with no corresponding button input. The worker refused to use the elevator again and quit two days later. Renovation records show an unexplained sealed void directly beneath the lobby with dimensions matching the corridor he described.
The record remains in the archive because it shares at least one recurring marker with later incidents: an extra room, a duplicated person, a timestamp that precedes its cause, or a numbered door that should not exist.
