Recovered notes

The lab had no external network route and the terminal clock was eleven minutes slow. A facilities worker wrote that every person in the room remembered hearing a hinge before the emergency lights failed. The recovered bitmap is corrupted around the handle, as if the image had been overwritten repeatedly in one small area.

The record remains in the archive because it shares at least one recurring marker with later incidents: an extra room, a duplicated person, a timestamp that precedes its cause, or a numbered door that should not exist.
